Are you looking to develop your strength and build more muscle mass? Classes broken into lower body and upper body focused strength sessions.

PROJECT X

Looking to push your body to its limits? Project X is total body conditioning combining elements of Pure Strength with some high intensity Met Cons. A strong heart and lifting experience is required.
