For The Balls:
3/4 cup peanut butter (whole earth)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut flour
Pinch of salt

Chocolate Coating:
1 cup cacao butter
8 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup cacao powder
Pinch of salt
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients for the balls with your hand and roll into balls
- Freeze this for about 2 hours
- 3. On a low heat, melt the cacao butter and mix the cacao powder, maple syrup. Keep stirring, set aside to cool and thicken
- Take the balls out of the fridge and dunk them in the chocolate coating. Place into the fridge again for 1-2 hours. If you like more of a chocolate coating place into fridge and allow them to set slightly then dip again in the chocolate.
