Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

INGREDIENTS



For The Balls:

3/4 cup peanut butter (whole earth)

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup coconut flour

Pinch of salt

INGREDIENTS
Chocolate Coating:

1 cup cacao butter

8 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 cup cacao powder

Pinch of salt

METHOD


  1. Mix all the ingredients for the balls with your hand and roll into balls
  2. Freeze this for about 2 hours
  3. 3. On a low heat, melt the cacao butter and mix the cacao powder, maple syrup. Keep stirring, set aside to cool and thicken
  4. Take the balls out of the fridge and dunk them in the chocolate coating. Place into the fridge again for 1-2 hours. If you like more of a chocolate coating place into fridge and allow them to set slightly then dip again in the chocolate.
